Donations made to Ulema Self Care Forum are generally non-refundable, as they are used to support our charitable activities.

2. Refund Requests

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate transactions
  • Incorrect donation amount due to technical error
  • Unauthorized transactions

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with:

  • Transaction ID
  • Donation date
  • Reason for refund
  • Proof of payment
